Does anyone understand what goes into Ubers sales and marketing expense? It appears they are spending roughly 500mm a quarter on this line item which is enough to eat up most of their entire gross profit. Are their high Sales and marketing

At the minimum they'd have to change their name and probably do a huge down round if they need to raise more money.. Also, is the CEO really going to want to run a traditional lab that has little competitive advantage over their compet

This seems to me to be the most premise summary of what likely happened. Startup raises a ton of money for a new model that isn't ready yet.. so they use existing machines to fake it till they figure out how to get the Edison machine t
