I second this.. The idea that there's an escape route is a relief, when you look at a big problem(that you have to solve) and your brain panics(it definitely puts the problem in perspective). However, i'm still divided as if havin

Meh.. It depends on the complexity of work. I sit in a cubicle and sometimes work from peaceful room at home. Guess what, I can handle/solve more complex problems at home, but if I need to build up that focus. At the cubicle, I can onl

I can second that, I've tried installing it a couple of times and gave up after some driver/hardware issue. I like the idea, and the virtualbox environment works without any problems.

Admittedly, I'm biased. But along with Hanlon's law, there's also Hanlon's dodge.( http://www.ribbonfarm.com/2011/10/14/the-gervais-principle-v... ) . Won't claim I know for sure, but t

You're quoting Hanlon's Razor.. But this could also be Hanlon's Dodge( https://cluelesscreationcorporation.quora.com/When-the-burea... )... I'm not saying it is, but it could be.

Hmm.. The example put up on the github README is a bad test case(for performance comparison), as it does almost no processing on the actual subprocesses. A better one could be creating thousands of small files(with dd or something in a dir

This graphic could've used a Brett victor style tangle.js based simulation model. Then we could play around with it assuming future emission rates going down or up etc.. http://worrydream.com/Tangle/
