Everyday Russians, including scientists, should feel consequences for their government's murders. Except for the ISS (complicated, as noted), I'm astounded that anything goes in or out of Russia: people, goods, services, atoms, el

Actually I do mostly work alone, I'm a truck driver. But that has nothing to do with my scepticism.

I think it's better to take away options, rather than throw up your hands. Just because someone can load up my car on a flat bed tow truck doesn't mean it's pointless for me to have locks on the doors and ignition.

Based on the first half of your second paragraph, you might be happier working for someone with an interesting product who's willing and able to take on the doubt and fear. It might get you from here to "better" faster. Or at

I vaguely recall something about key signing parties. That could be a model. Or maybe I'm thinking about key parties. I was never into either community. I'm probably confused.

Officer's oath swears to protect and defend the Constitution, no mention of the president. Enlisted oath adds they will obey the orders of the president. So a president or his intermediary just needs to find the right Master Sergeant.

Although I don't know my IQ, and don't care, I'm certain that I'm solidly in the "general population." This helps me, and it may help you. Virtually nothing you or I say or do matters. It's bullshit, signi

I agree, very nice. I'm a truck driver. My analogy, zooming out a bit, is that the entire road system, at least the National Network, is a system of interconnecting and overlapping conveyor belts. The trailers are trays on the belt. h

Downside to natural immunity: because you've necessarily been infected, you put yourself and others, and their others, in danger from covid. This doesn't happen with, at least, the viruses used in the US, because it doesn't u
