   Yes it can! Wasm3 is the fastest WebAssembly interpreter. Since they recently adopted Cosmopolitan it became the most universal one too. Check out the 150kb APE binary they've got on the release page. https://github.com&#x2F

   Cosmopolitan binaries aren't interpreted. They're just flat x86 binaries. It needs a 12kb runtime that's written in C. All the runtime does is (a) polyfills magic numbers for the SYSCALL instruction and (b) boot-load from BIO
