"by dropping support for plug-ins" - oh, so that's the reason. Because the demo is slower to load as the plug-in, so I personally prefer the latter (runtime performance is a separate issue).

"Expect more information on IL2CPP soon" ...and how to fork it, ideally? I hope Unity3d will follow Microsoft and partner with Xamarin. They wouldn't be in business without Mono - time to give back to the community.

I am disciplined enough to keep my functions pure and use immutable data structures where they are useful. I try to apply each paradigm where it makes most sense. What is a pure functional way of implementing GUIs for example to use instead

Angular and Node are exactly fresh new things. I would say it is better to learn MVVM/MVC and Reactor patterns those respective frameworks are based on.

It seems that USA has many kinds of treatments for cancer these days - a manifestation of recent scientific progress obviously. What is the typical way very poor people to get it (or lets say even a chemistry teacher, who obviously cannot b

"F# missed by Roslyn" - it's about tooling rather than the perfect academic compiler language choice. The best language to write a compiler in is the target language of the compiler.

Please don't put F# on a shiny golden pedestal. A good C# developer can use it without any problem as well. You of course would need to be open-minded enough to understand that a C# developer doesn't mean an imperative developer.
