Same on iOS. It only happens after reading for a while, so I assume it’s being caused by an ad.

The artist in question has hundreds of pieces of work, many of which he may not have easy (if any) access to anymore. It would take a non-trivial amount of work to fix. But I think he’s also expressing doubt about creating art/work on

I did some mac gaming on it. Not terrible for certain games. I was mainly playing Rocket League multiplayer. There's a bunch of resources/experiences at https://www.reddit.com/r/cloudygamer/

I love using the rest API like this. The main downside is you lose the inability to use many Wordpress plugins. I.e., if your users want to insert a poll into a page, before you could probably install a plugin that integrates with the edito

Meteor is (to my understanding) an all-in-one framework with database access and realtime stuff built in. Next.js is sort of a React project bootstrap/boilerplate that has some pre-selected configuration for things like styling compone

https://cushionapp.com/ is a favorite of mine. Mainly a scheduling/forecasting app but has some great, newer features around invoicing/payments and time tracking.

Along the same lines, Rodney Mullens' TED talk[0], where he discusses hackers and open source, is really fun to watch. [0] https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uEm-wjPkegE

I could be wrong but I don't think this was really a thing until Jon Stewart. And some would point to him going on Crossfire (a 'real' news show) and destroying their hosts as a turning point in his being a credible voice.

Thanks for posting this. I built something similar using a single camera. It runs decently at first and seems to slow down over time. I'll give a powered hub a try.

There's a fair amount of movement behind doing this sort of thing with Wordpress/WP-API. There's even a conference[0]. The conference site itself is a pretty cool example of a site using WP-API (see the "View API Request

I've been looking at this as well and I also have very little idea what I'm doing. I found a spreadsheet on Bigger Pockets that helps evaluate properties as rental investments by plugging in some numbers. Apart from that, I just

This is a bummer. Despite how incredibly buggy Mailbox is on OS X, it was still my favorite client since Sparrow. I might give Nylas[0] a try. [0] https://www.nylas.com/n1

And another: 30 Rock implies that Kenneth's father was D.B. Cooper. In one episode he's wearing a suit passed down from his late father. The inside pocket of the suit coat is inscribed "D.B. Cooper." Weirdly, this happen

That's fine and I agree to some extent. But you said 'nothing good for anyone.' Some organizations abusing social media doesn't nullify the good things that have happened because of it.

I'd also be interested in a brief comparison. This is the first I've heard of both Shrine and Refile. I'm really excited that backgrounding and direct uploads are being simplified in both projects.

There's tools for this like RescueTime. There's also Editor plugins like WakaTime that just track the time you spend on specific projects within your IDE. Not sure if they have vim options, though.

That's a bit over the top. Mail chimp is hugely valuable if you are in their target user base. And for non-technical clients, mail chimp is (imo) a massive step up from other mailing list providers.

I know it looks like a random and out of context comment now that I re-read it. But someone even somewhat familiar with the band he mentioned would probably understand why it was relevant.
