I'm quite surprised by removing `respond_with` to a gem.

Will do, but it is Chrome on Mac with Diasconnect and Adblock Plus and maybe some others. No exceptions in the console (global, not the background page one)

I installed it but don't get annotations on the same page as shown on the screenshot (activerecord/scoping).

I've stopped using 4sq when they forced to check in through Swarm. Swarm was constantly monitoring me and eating the battery. At least in Foursquare app you could turn of the 'Radar'. Good bye 4sq.

What is so wrong about Gmail's IMAP? I use it everywhere and don't see any issues. If I use just IMAP, why use fastmail instead of gmail?

You could do it with https://apitools.com instead of hosting ngx. Probably handling the origin case by case and even the authentication.

For plain openresty you can try https://github.com/3scale/docker-openresty It does not have fancy readme, but has batteries included. Luarocks works, supervisor is set up, cron is there...

I don't know why, but lately SAX approach feels much nicer than DOM.

It is a VPN software. Calling it OpenVPN replacement is just for getting votes because of current events.
