Second this. Making a list helps you to focus only the things that really matter, and prevents you to quickly jump to reactive-mode. Also if you archive those lists daily, you end up with a nice work log that you can quickly scan in the fut

Not really. Most web developers are scare of using the cli. Last time I checked the WP install process was something like... 1. download zip, extract 2. change your some config file 3. upload whole folder using FTP 4. go to /install or

The webpage is using: Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.5.9-1ubuntu4.11 .. which has a Symfony router in the back (from 404s) but that the actual product could be using another stack
