Have you tried incognito mode? I also recall there was option to turn off customizing search results (or something similar) in google's privacy settings. EDIT: I did not notice any differences so I don't really know how to test it

If you want to be independent you go and vote. If you do not care you stay home. Such low turnout seems like a win for "no" camp, because people of Catalonia apparently do not care about independence from Spain.
