What I'd suggest trying is to use the accessibility of the terrain (there are such maps out there) and find the closest capital city according to that. This is basically a global travel time map and I would not be too surprised if that

It's actually not obvious if one is browsing the web on a mobile device. I had to bookmark the Quanta article and checked the details of the bookmark to be reasonably sure that the HTML doc title is what was submitted here.

The submitted title is the page title (in the HTML sense), isn‘t it? The HN bookmarklet uses these for submissions for example.

My condolences for your loss. GP certainly exaggerated by labelling the situation as minor inconvenience. It was a major upheaval to all our lives. There is no arguing though that curfews can and did help - at least where conducted properly
