At work, a 27" cinema display, calibrated to have the same color profile as the iPhone I use for day to day development. Makes comparing the final output to mock ups really nice. At home, I don't have a desk (no good place in my apt for it)

Eh? AFAIK, Accelerate.framework doesn't do anything with the GPU -- its "just" a set of highly optimized functions for math/DSP/image processing operations.
