There is no frame around the window. The electrical door handle opens up a bit the window before unlocking the door to free it from the seal. Without power the manual handle needs to do that also, which is more complicated that a "norm

The exploit will leak more or less random data (data which was accessed recently by the CPU). You cannot target a specific part of the memory, but you can keep fetching data until you get something interesting.

The goal would not to be 100% sure, only to reduce the spread to fall below R0 < 1 while keeping the economy running and people sane. And yes, you would have to be re-tested regularly.

You don't. To activate it, you have to click on the "ON" button on the wheel. If you go from "cruise control" to another mode (off, or "speed limit"), it disables it.
