Using third party packages has gotten a lot easier with the changes described in this devlog https://ziglang.org/devlog/2026/#2026-02-06

It said it was able to correlate where you live (I don't think it said anything about the tone, unless it said more than you included in the article). At best, it's really just using that for justification though. The model can&

The only interesting thing is that it didn't reject the query. The author links https://www.reddit.com/user/MattSayar/ in their footer. This doesn't even require agentic search to find. Any modern model

Unless you use CGO. I've heard people using Zig (which has great cross compilation for the Zig language as well) to cross compile C with CGO though.

This is something I've never done before. Are you just repeating -o, creating a merge commit? If that's the case, it also seems like you can do jj duplicate and repeat -o if you just want to create a branch to temporarily test aga

What do you mean "the same amount"? If your browser never crashes, 10% of zero is zero.

You seem to be unwilling to assign blame to the operator of hazardous machinery for running people over. Why is that? "They should know better"? Kids? Disabled people unable to use their mobility devices on the unplowed sidewalks?

It's inexcusable that customers must beg the vendor for features, especially such trivial ones. It's your device. They shouldn't have any ability to stop you from adding it yourself, or paying someone to add it for you.

"Not speeding" doesn't matter. Going below the speed limit does not give you a license to run people over.

Drivers are actually not supposed to crash into people, regardless of where they are. If you can't react fast enough to the situation around you while driving a car, you were driving too fast, full stop. Don't victim blame.

I use a Daylight computer, and dark themes always look terrible on it. I'm obviously in the wildly small minority for this case, but I appreciate at least having the option for a light theme for things.

Probably closer to defer in Zig than in Go, I would imagine. Defer in Go executes when the function deferred within returns; defer in Zig executes when the scope deferred within exits.

Zig cuts releases. This API is not on a release of Zig yet. It's only available through nightly builds of master. "Casual users" should stick to releases if they don't want to deal with incomplete APIs.
