Isn't that estimate just 20x bigger? Which is not a big difference considering the magnitude.

What would be the difference if we are talking about transactional emails? Why not comparable to SES?

Nevermind, I used the terminal, docker ps to find the container and docker restart <container_id>, without going through Coolify.

It's a bit stupid that I can't restart (on Coolify) my container, because pulling the image fails, even though I am already running it, so I do have the image, I just need to restart the Node.js process...

Lol, that would actually be funny, they can't restart it because it would require pulling the image from itself.

Yup, my Coolify deployments were failing and I didn't know why : https://softuts.com/docker-hub-is-down/ Also, isn't it weird that it takes so long to fix given the magnitude of the issue? Already down for 3

I am surprised that they are "working on a fix" for more than 2 hours now, given the scope of the problem.

Best way to watch sports now is to go to a bar that broadcasts it. If you have a drink, it only costs you 5EUR/match. Maybe you watch 5-6 matches a month, so still cheaper than 100EUR/month and you get drinks and service included.

PS: I thought Ollama had a way to use RAM instead of VRAM (?) to keep the model active when not in use, but in my experience that didn't solve the problem.

That's a real good point! Unfortuatenly, my CPU (5900x) doesn't have an iGPU. The last 5 years iGPU got a bit out of trend. Now maybe they actually make a lot of sense, as there is a clear use-case which involves having dedicated

I bought a 2nd 3090 2 years ago for like 800eur, still a good price even today I think. It's in my main workstation, and my idea was to always have Ollama running locally. The problem is that once I have a (large-ish) model running, al

Didn't Google Glass do the exact same thing and failed? Not because of the technology issues, but social issues. People nowadays want to disconnect from technology more, not to have it even closer.

How do you track and store all the server logs? Does it use something like Prometheus?

Data processing, tool calling, agentic use. Those are also the main use-cases outside "chatting".

That's true, but the data is only approximately represented in the weights. Maybe it's better to have the AI only "reason", and somehow instantly access precise data.

I am from EU, so I can see it happening here, or in some smaller countries. Here, you already sort-of have an UBI, where you get enough social benefits to live off if unemployed.

I am pretty sure UBI will be at least tested at a large scale in our lifetime.
