I doubt LLMs will lead to AGI. Yes, it gets "smarter" each time, more accurate, but still lacks ANY creativity or actual thoughts/understanding. "You're completely right! Here, I fixed the code!" - proceeds to

I know there was a downloadable version of Wikipedia (not that large). Maybe soon we'll have a lot of data stored locally and expose it via MCP, then the AIs can do "web search" locally. I think 99% of web searches lead to th

Let's see how GTA VI will change this and the industry. I personally like Cyberpunk's 2077 style, it looks great maxed out with HDR. Yes, the models aren't the best, but the overall look/vibe is spectacular at times.

I agree, it is washed out, and I was trying to find what exactly in the image the author really liked, but all I saw was a decolorated postcard.

A client asked me to help them import MySQL analytics data over to a DB that already had data in it. The main problem with a direct import is that most rows in MySQL have an auto-incrementing ID, so old data will have ID conflicts with the

Forgot to mention, the tech stack is PHP + plain JS. I didn't want any building step or database, all platforms are loaded from a JSON file. My goal forward is to make sure all data is accurate and up to date, but I first want to decid

While I did manage to set-up Postiz locally on Coolify, I still have to go through all the hassle of creating "apps" for the platforms I want to post on. ALso, with X I probably have to pay for the API too (?).

So, should we expect GPT-5 in a few days now? OpenAI seems to only release new models when someone catches up, and they release something that is just slightly better.

Still, for the human mind it doesn't make intuitive sense. I guess it's the same problem with the mind not intuitively grasping the concept of exponential growth and how fast it grows.

I remember the saying that from 90% to 99% is a 10x increase in accuracy, but 99% to 99.999% is a 1000x increase in accuracy. Even though it's a large10% increase first then only a 0.999% increase.
