   I recommend BlackBox Component Builder and the Component Pascal which should have been named Oberon-3, but stepped back to Pascal for marketing. Which failed. But the language and environment are superior. And free. Check them out. This web

   Check out Component Pascal Collection. It is as normal as it gets under Windows. Tell you what: I use their built-in wordprocessor to write grant applications. I prefer it over MS Word or even Libre Office. Download free BlackBox Component
