The restriction is really “use it or lose it”. I don’t see how that would influence anything. If they are investing and plan to use it, then they retain all value. If they chose not to use it, they can sell it to someone who will or release

I feel like Discord is very different than Signal or WhatsApp and target very different use cases. Signal and WhatsApp are basically replacements for phone, SMS, and MMS while Discord is meant to be more of a community with many people on m

So you’re suggesting a blanket right to redistribution to all property? It feels pretty generally accepted (and non contentious) that the creator of a product has a monopoly on its distribution and can chose to distribute in as many or as f

Unfortunately, this is a dark pattern used by almost every website that has a banner. The “default” button is a “ignore my selection and accept all” as opposed to just being “save my current selection”.

Why not send a blank file then? The point is that you want the editor to error and fail to read so they can’t tell that you didn’t do the work.

You don’t buy rights to anything when you use a subscription service like Spotify. You’re paying for the right to stream things in their current catalog. Buying perpetual rights to content is possible with the current web. I buy DRM free MP

I just try to do as close to first party searches as I can instead. Like, use the Reddit search to search Reddit, or use Yelp to search for businesses, and when I don’t know what site to search from, I just use DuckDuckGo. I find it easier

Did you read this article? Based on what I just read, it doesn’t sound like a therapeutic at all. It gives your body something that allows it to generate an immune response so that it can quickly attack antigens and fight against an infecti

This is also why value of such things tends to go up after the player dies. It’s no longer possible to make similar works so the scarcity is locked. Again, not true with an NFT.
