I don't think you want to talk about rust or tailwind on these kind of projects. It might attract people with actual technical knowledge and those are not your intended audience. You want to target (wealthy) "tech enthusiasts"

Yes, that is what I'm thinking. I recently changed my mind on this and used to believe that digital goods should be treated identical to physical ones. Fundamentally the nature of things make them different and we should recognize this

I suspect I know what you are implying. However there is a difference forcing a company to do additional business in the future or forcing them to not unilaterally keep the money for "purchases" made in the past. Fully refunding c

This is how things should be and I really hope we arrive at this in the future. I like to call this "ownership light" and it would remove unilateral unaccountable suspension decisions from the equation. The service provider is not

I'm also curious whether googles core business will be affected. It stands to reason that a subscription model reduces the dependency on ads and strengthens the negotiation position of publishers. I'm pretty sure Google has made a

If the employer provides a work phone for that purpose which may be turned off unless the employee is working, I have less of a problem with it. It's the offloading of cost and the (potential) encroachment into the employees private li

Not at all true in this generality. Germany allows a few 100k tax free every 10 years depending on the exact relationship. + "Usual" Christmas / birthday / marriage gifts etc which can be substantial

Isn't this usual in connection with trademark and copyright infringement (i.e. fanfic, reuse of assets/brands)? This situation seems different in that it is purely beneficial to Rockstar. The 10k reward are a smart PR move.

Did you confuse the model numbers? The ID.3 (which is not sold in the US) had a very early production start and initial software problems (they are getting a big update starting march 2021) The ID.4 production started later. VW announced ~4
