   Plausible and Umami are great analytics tools. Statflows goes a bit further — it includes performance monitoring, JS error tracking, and landing page interactions heatmaps in addition to standard metrics. So it’s more of an all-in-one tool

   In my view, understanding why users drop off is usually a combination of several metrics: Avg. Session Duration – gives a sense of overall engagement. Returning Visitors Rate – shows whether users come back or bounce after the first visit.
