I don't see how that would be any better than what we have now. If employer provided healthcare was removed, that would leave us with a bunch of private healthcare companies. These private companies would drive up the cost even more. I

It's the same at my company. Teams and Zoom both automatically schedule meetings in every attendees' own time zone. Maybe that person's company still does phone meetings or something.
