While the Webcam has a good View, according to current images, it only updates every 5 minutes, e.g. 20:30h 57s and the totality at that location starts 30s later.

The Players without Internet access are not affected. The system goes into a bootloop after that, even after disconnecting from the net. So something is apparently changed on the device. Maybe a temp/log file is filled with exceptions
