I'm guessing that's because some of the software libraries iTunes is built on has that clause as one of its licence agreements

Anyone know what they use to generate their api documentation at http://api.highcharts.com ? I'm guessing it's built from jsdoc-style comments in the source, but haven't come across js docs that look as good as these

Yeah, we had to write our own view nesting logic and allow this to be used within our dustjs templates. Marionette ( https://github.com/marionettejs/backbone.marionette ) lets you do all of that stuff out of the box; I've not used it though

As with all technology choices, you've got to draw the line somewhere - new and risky, or old and proven, or somewhere in between. What matters these days is probably how well you and your team already know the technology, how good the docu

Eclipse has a proper incremental compiler, which will tell you what's wrong with your code as you type and refactor. IntelliJ has historically not had one, and the introduction of the 'compile as you go' feature in IntelliJ 12 just doesn't

Oh, is it not 'buy once, free upgrades for life'? That's a little disappointing, still, I'm happy with the money I paid for ST 2.

Ah right, I could have sworn I've seen that effect in normal light. Flickering light does make sense, and of course videos make sense as you're limiting the frame rate.

I was going to pick you up on 'infinite' - eyes clearly see at a certain framerate (just look at the spokes on helicopter blades or the spokes of a spinning wheel to see the results of that) but I guess it depends on the person. That's quit

If any of you have Dark Souls on PC, with a decent graphics card, use the 'dsfix' mod to toggle between 30fps (the default) and an unlocked 60fps mode. It's night and day - suddenly the game becomes that much more fluid, and when toggling b

Game looking uglier? I don't think that'll be completely related to 60fps, I'm sure that's more down to low-resolution textures (that look bad on your HD monitor) and things looking janky. Skyrim with mods to upgrade textures and shaders an

Agreed - I can settle for 30fps if the game maintains that. Dark Souls on PS3 and 360 did dip down to 15/12 sometimes depending on the environments. 30fps to 60fps is night and day though -- running Dark Souls on a gaming PC with the 'd

Don't groupon deals actually hurt a lot of small merchants? I remember reading some articles back in the day about the profit margins for merchants participating in groupon 50%+ off schemes (i.e. slim to negative) and that people would turn
