Dear ImGui is the full official name, but it's still extremely common to refer to it simply as ImGui (that's what the namespace is called, etc). It's definitely not just "Dear".

It's a really cool achievement, but 1CHIP consoles are still readily available for around $100; just search for "snes jr" or SNS-101. The downside is that those models don't have RGB output, so that requires a small mod.
