I see what you're getting at, but in this case it's not really describing the state of mind. My behavior could be anxious without actually being anxious. For example shaking your leg is an anxious behavior, being jumpy or twitchy

Because it's describing a type of behavior we can observe that we classify as anxious. Observing a behavior doesn't require insight into the mind.

You could use a shell that magically handles all the escaping for you either while typing/pasting for some programs (curl, grep etc) when not in quotes and tab completes with a selector so you don't have to think about spaces, spe

That's more of the primordial soup pre-evolution. Something might make it, but the chances are slim and nothing's really evolving, just kinda there. Randomly changing the file is mutating an existing codebase with predecessors tha

Maybe a hybrid solution would work? Have a zone tied to the factory, no residential buildings within a certain radius of the factory, but if the factory shuts down or moves, the zone goes with it.

And so begins software evolution by random mutation.

How many people can live in a building generally isn't even regulated by zoning, it's set by building/fire codes and the certificate of occupancy. Removing the zoning isn't suddenly going to change the legal max occupant

While I haven't though enough on the issue to have much of an opinion on abolishing zoning completely, zoning seems like the wrong way of dealing with hazardous companies like that regardless. There is already an extensive permitting p

Maybe the richer states can buy up the bankrupt states and eventually we'll end up with the state of New York and the state of California, probably a few city-state holdouts.

I feel like the best way to deal with this would be to group by subdomain if a domain has more than say 5 or 10 different subdomains submitted, but group by domain if there are less. That way "hosted" domains subdomains like *.blo

You could just make the file immutable and read only: http://paste.click/qMpmyO Then remove the immutable flag if needed

As a quick aside, you can set default variables in bash with ${var-default}, so your function can be condensed to: weather() { curl http://wttr.in/${1-$WEATHER_CITY} }

Agreed. 1984 gets all the attention and is the first thing anyone thinks when they hear "Orwell" but I think Homage to Catalonia was a much more interesting book and explored political ideas at a much deeper level than 1984. Don&#
