The age shouldn't be an issue, and it should actually be the opposite. Also, I'm not talking about Arch Linux in this case. For Arch, my issues were with the Network card. But as I said, just hop on the "news" panel on t

Sorry, but this is still true IMO. For example no good driver is available for the GTX 1080 which will result in a buggy experience. Not even talking about software availability and functionalities. I have had other issues, but anyways I do

From what I've read (the pinned comment in the aforementioned video), he just decided to ditch high resolution voxels for lower resolution ones, as the feedbacks said they preferred a more pixelated art style. But still voxels. But loo

I'm very curious about the form that the discord enshittification will take. For sure, they can't do infinite storage, infinite streaming forever, yet they claim that they don't resell the data. And I doubt that nitro and oth

IQ tests itself are age relative. The tests already take this into account, that's why your IQ is relative to people in the same age bracket. Basically, when you say "my IQ is 100", it's means that you are in the 50th pe

Thanks for the help ! I will definitely set this up. But if I have to install some extension for every single command I use, it really makes the experience tedious and sub-par compared to what I'd get on Linux..

Weird. Coming from the fish shell, I can't really get anything completed with PowerShell. Mostly, I want it to work with my git commands (detect my branches for example).

As far as I'm aware of, Direnv's behavior is not hidden at all. Whenever you cd into the directory, you get a message listing all the new en var activated. And when you change the .envrc, you get another message saying that direnv

Gotta love people working on replacing themselves. Jokes aside, seeing an AI interacting with a computer is kind of scary. It's not just outputting text anymore, it's doing the full work of a human working on a computer, meaning..

Well sorry, but it wasn't obvious I still think it's a bit condescending because at the end of the day, especially in indie games, there are less constraints of maintainability, you just want to ship something that works fast. On

I'm not a pro engine dev, but from what I've heard, the graphics backend is a minor part of what makes a good and fully-fledged game engine. I see it more as a strength than other engine can ship on older and more legacy hardware.
