Why would a judge decide something so monumental when they could have had a shareholder vote? I wonder if this will shift incorporating to Texas.

I don't agree with any type of "outright ban". However, having EXTREME restrictions on these social media sites for children seems so obvious. I'd prefer a complete restriction on any content outside of friends groups, a

So disappointed with the per install charge. Now the hoards of censored/banned apps still won't see the light of day on IOS.

For anyone trying to avoid this, sign up to Personal Capital (bought out by empower or something), link up ALL your bank accounts, credit cards, etc. Then once a month go in and check every single line item charge and ensure the charge was

I’d say the only real worry for “black hat emailers” is the spam rate monitoring. Everything else is fairly trivial to comply by, but lowering the spam compliance threshold could really put a wrench in a lot of sales outreach campaign. The

For those who support this, could you name another instance throughout history where people restricting speech of others ended up being "in the right", no matter the circumstance?

This strategy just seems ripe for improvement through LLMs. You input a stock resume + additional skills and have the resume aligned more for each job you're applying to. The hard part would be stopping hallucinations for skills you do

This is so true it hurts. If you get burnt once with hiring, it’s something you’ll never forget but could destroy the startup/small business in the process

This is a good start, but without solving the elephant in the room (illegal immigration), there will never be the political capital to really make these programs efficient and effective.

I'd disagree with this. Apple execs surely know if this information gets leaked they're losing 30% market cap in a single day, why would they risk something like that when administrations change every 4-8 years?

Elon just showed a post on Microsoft Word flagging the word "insane" as not being inclusive enough. These methods of "propaganda" are something the Chinese Government could only dream of (look also into Microsofts resear
