The "code" link takes you to a GitHub repo. But I don't know how to set up the needed environment. I wish authors of such tools would provide a Dockerfile to set up the environment needed to run their creations. Their setup s

The issue is not related to consent but to "safeguards". GDPR requires that user data is guarded in certain ways, and European courts have ruled that no data can be sufficiently safeguarded if it is under control of a US company.

Do I understand you correctly, that you say cosine distance is a better measurement of similarity than euclidian distance when there are many dimensions?

How can Europeans use Stripe when they can't use Google Fonts and Google Analytics on the grounds that sending even a single IP packet to a server under the control of a US company violates the GDPR?

Thanks! 1536 That's quite a lot. Is there a fast way to find the most similar one to a given one in SQLite? cosine similarity Why not euclidean distance?

It's interesting that there is so much technology and third party business involved in the process of moving value. - Visa has a market cap of $463B - Mastercard $362B - PayPal $90B - Block $48B Could it theoretically all be automated?
