No, since it would reduce demand from investors. Look at Japan- their housing is surprisingly affordable in Tokyo despite being in a major city. Due to flexible zoning laws, houses can be built almost anywhere. Houses are deprecating assets

Harvard, along with most other private universities, use racism in their college admissions. It's very sad that we still have to deal with this, after history has showed favoritism towards certain races has never ended well.
