Well, you are using Windows (basically a spyware), why do you pretend that you care about privacy?

Fish does something like this (it scans manpages) but generated completion is mostly useless in more complex cli programs (for example: kubectl, docker). So fish is shipped with a bunch of manually written completions for many commands.

Kakoune works fine with WSL and you need POSIX environment for any serious work anyway.

Yeah, Nim has impressive coverage of targets. I dislike almost everything about Nim: the syntax, complexity, weird case insensitivity, documentation, community, package manager...Yet this trait alone makes Nim worth leaning for me.

I used it for a while. It's fantastic browser. Unfortunately modern web is so broken that using browser without real adblocker (uBlock) is basically impossible so I had to switch to Firefox.

Godot's 2d engine is completely separate from 3d (unlike Unity that uses 3d engine to render 2d games). You can build export templates without 3d engine for smaller executable size. In 3.2 you will be able to disable 3d features of edi

Fair point, Kakoune still lacks when it comes to in-depth integration with tools for specific languages. There is good LSP integration but unfortunately LSP alone won't turn editor into IDE.

I used to think Vim and company are only worth it when you work with structured text (like programming languages) most of the time. I'm not so sure nowadays. I had to work on big prose document in Libre Office. I hated every second of
