Keep it up man. It's awesome that you're doing, and not just talking, like me. America, and the world, needs more ethical manufacturing. And quality over just brand, is what creates great brands, like apple.

I'm all for what you're doing. I think these over priced brands are not worth the cost in quality. I'm happy to pay more for items that I believe are quality, and support good overall ethics. Keep it going.

I wonder what the final prices will be, because $30 for a polo is not a 90% reduction in price. Having said that, I would not buy a polo for over 25 dollars, and would try and get a discounted american apparel polo, or even a thrift store.

I agree with what his argument is with cell phones, but if it were not for Apple's higher margin tablets and laptops we would probably be using crapy netbooks today with a crappy OS. Both Engadget and Torvalds have a good point.

My Nexus tablet has a bad flicker on the screen, and I've been living with it b/c Google offers no support. Edit: By "no support," I mean "little support for the backing brand and seller of the device"

I don't know if I would call it a trade war. But the US has never had regular trade with China. China reciprocates by blocking Facebook, YouTube, many Google services, and many other services in the name of 'security'.

Beautiful video. Well made, well executed, and showed how Jobs was a visionary for Apple and the brand. Love the minimalist presentation of the video, how the entire homepage is 'whited out' with just a simple video. Amazing experience, and

Totally agree. When I say the 'heck of it' I mean it from the corporations perspective. As it is a huge cost with minimal initial payoff. But film buffs are a great niche market to build a social network off of, and would create a stickines

Maybe it is because you frequent tech forums and sites over sites covering human right and humanitarian issues. MLK has a museum, national historic site and a national holiday, and many many roads. Well deservedly.
