and that would be the point. Any single piece of evidence, particularly something with a noticable error rate, should not be enough to convict someone. It might be enough to investigate someone, but there should be corroborating evidence.

The better analogy would be the Lisa. It’s reasonably powerful but more expensive than they want it to be. The next version will probably lose some features but be less expensive. The Macintosh to the AVP’s Lisa.

Yes, but they are not milestone events. They are trends in ongoing processes. You don’t need to finish A to 100% before you start B. They can run in parallel.

Probably just using stainless steel or similar material for the pipes. It would be too energy intensive to desalinate the cooling water. It is an open system that pumps water in and back out again. It is not a closed system.

It is common in languages that phonemes (groups of letters making a single sound) are pronounced differently depending in where in a word they occur. At the start of a word, they may get more emphasis and that can chance the pronunciation.
