Eh, Remedy has lots of issues but I'd take it over "SNow" any day - at least it's easy to build CLI tools or API calls into Remedy. I'm neither an admin or user of either, just an end user.

For 16 or so years Costco required you to have an AmexEx card if you weren't paying with cash or debit, now they only take Visa. This was apparently something lots of newish members weren't aware of so it wasn't too uncommon

If the goal was to get rid of mostly older (40+) year old employees who had families and didn't want to move, sure. Since the pandemic they have allowed most people to work remote, some are on a hybrid 1-3 days in the office schedule

That's exactly what AT&T was doing right before the pandemic, different groups were being assigned to specific offices and if you weren't willing to relocate to where your group was being moved to you would (if you were lucky)
