Why even have years? Like Unix epoch, pick a start date, and just have the number of weeks increment indefinitely. If you really wish to do some separation, just say "last 50 weeks" or something.

This article reads more like an ad for mORMot 2 than Pascal. I've been out of the Pascal game for a few years, so I had to look up mORMot 2.[0] Apparently Synopse are the maintainers of it. The article basically compare their CSV

Ah, you use a NA VIN check. My understanding is that there are five versions of VIN, three of which do not have the check digit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_identification_number#... This is definitely an EU

What does "That is not a valid VIN" indicate? Does it just mean the VIN wasn't found, or do you actually verify that the VIN lives up to specifications? I entered a VIN that I know is valid, but has never had US plates (but

Whilst encouraging, I also feel like US policies are part of the problem, besides allowing it for so long. The fact that sales tax in the US doesn't just depend on state, but can be down to the house number on a street, means it'

Yes. I was not the original creator. However, when they felt it was too much of a hassle to maintain the site, I asked to take over. The original creator of the site still owns the domain.

I still maintain an independent Futurama wiki from Fandom. Back when they were called Wikia, they wanted to merge with our wiki, but I insisted on a no ads policy. So talks basically went nowhere. They still have a Futurama wiki, and our

Given the description, this sounds more TUI than CLI. Honestly, when I saw the title, I thought it was a competitor to ed(1).

Scandinavian languages have the same. »Mormor« (lit. mum mum) means maternal grandmother, while »farmor« (lit. dad mum) means paternal grandmother. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to continue beyond that (so no »mormormor«).

Type E and F's plug are shown in their combined version (the Schuko), which is the standard today. I have two old appliances (an egg cooker from the 1980s and a sauce machine from the early 1990s), which have the type F and type E plu

My assumption is wrong. As others have noted, it's clearly parsing the title of the first result wrong. Edit: It's the parsing of the title of the infobox.

The problem is that it is slower to parse an `IN` query than an `= ANY(array)` query. Because the syntax for an array in PostgreSQL is simple, PostgreSQL can use a faster parser for the array. However, with `IN`, it cannot know the type o

Seems strange the article doesn't mention the `= ANY(array)`[0] alternative to `IN (?)`. The problem with `IN` is that PostgreSQL uses a slow parser for the subquery, since `IN` is an SQL standard, and a legacy parser is used. You ca

Denmark used to have that until 1997, when it was replaced by a tax based on km/l (not 100 l/km). Not sure how it works for electric cars, come to think of it.
