Speedscope is awesome. Used it to look at a few profiles created with rbspy (which is also awesome) and it was really nice to be able to do so in the browser.

Could it be possible to reuse the ad blocker functionality Apple allows on Safari by building an app/extension/however that works to catch all loaded URLs in Safari and replace them with an "Open in #preferred_browser#"

Yes, but that is an unrelated mess (and another reason not to reuse anything of that db for non customer mailings). The simplest fix for the "duplicate/misspelled addresses" indeed was to remove the "unique address"
