   True - I wonder how much actual KYC those guys are doing though, so much as claiming they don't market to US citizens and then doing no real background checking. It won't pass muster if there aren't any real teeth to it.

   This is a very fair point - however I think the bigger issue is that there are so many larger entities usually subject to Regulation D that are piling into ICOs as though they have no unusual degree of exposure. Those are the investors I me
