I use Netguard ( https://github.com/M66B/NetGuard ) and found it to be better polished than DNS66, check it out if you're interested, I'm a happy user.

Yeah - my work instance of VS is sluggish as hell, and I sometimes load up a separate instance with toy problems to prototype ideas and it's practically as light as notepad.

OP has the picture and the file should have the date-time stamp of the flight. Couldn't they look up visits by Air Force One or travel by the president around that point in time? It may not give an answer 100%, but it should help.

This is why I always have my visualizations overlay both failure rates and usage. A given failure rate (or even worse, a failure count) doesn't tell you much about the system without also including the totals of both success and failur
