certainly, but you'll have to guarantee that no user has a keyfile without a password, which is harder than checking for weak passwords on your server...

All compartments (I could find around me) have the spring which holds the battery on the flat side of the battery... thats the indicator I use, without searching and reading any tiny diagrams

No, I have seen so many devices with tiny labels or even no label at all that I wouldn't just assume I could insert it in any way.

Rather wondering why google is allowed to do that ... As you said, they're just the payment processor, you shouldn't be obligated to show them proof that the goods you were paid for were actually delivered

In this case it should be the PA-DSS. From the PCI page: 'Payment applications that are sold, distributed or licensed to third parties are subject to the PA-DSS requirements.'

The "(fossil-fuel, bio-fuel, or even solar power can be used) " section strikes me as odd ... how on earth can you power a fuel cell with solar power?
