Could share why privatization of 18f is good in your eyes? When I heard about the creation of 18f and USDS all those years ago, I remember thinking, finally! It was embarrassing and frankly disheartening to have such crucial public websites

Jeep was bought by Stellantis, so I'm giving Jeep the benefit of the doubt. I imagine this terrible, horrible, no good idea, was their idea. The people with the money rarely come up with the good ideas.

When I was in school, I was taught that the push for corn was to help the central states. We don't really grow that much sugar cane in the US and the belief that we should spend that money internally, I think, is not misguided. So as I

It doesn't send me a clear message. Trump got fewer votes this time around than he did in 2020. And overall I read that 20 million fewer voters participated this year. The message I'm getting is apathy.

Fun fact, all those helicopters, horse patrols, infrared cameras, drones, aid groups, and vigilantes are fake news. Hacker news is better than this, everyone.

Same. I liked ColdFusion for what it was, but I also don't miss it. The spaghetti code I had to fix is what I remember most. While spaghetti code isn't a unique problem to CF, it is made so much harder to fix when you don'
