Some comments/corrections on the first chapter, if you don't mind: 1. Theorem 2.4 is stated incorrectly. Given the context, I feel like this is worth correcting. Specifically, it says "degree n" rather than "degre

Note that that won't suffice for the purposes mentioned above, as oftentimes the annotation would, say, replace a specific word in the text; the replacing word by itself won't be very meaningful, as you won't know what it was

I'm confused -- in what sense was this the "second half of Watergate"? I don't see any obvious relation to Watergate as it's usually known.

The surreals have no relation to any of this. I'm guessing you've confused them with nonstandard natural numbers? In which case the answer is, well, what are we assuming? From the point of view of ZFC, of course there are no no

Agreed. That said, if you're interested in pushing something that is better than IRV and that people will actually use , I'd suggest approval voting (or possibly range voting or STAR). I don't really expect the Scholze m

This piece seems to have been written by someone with no knowledge of voting methods other than first-past-the-post and IRV. Looking outside these two options there are clearly better ones, such as approval voting, which is even simpler.

Sorry, just a posting note: If you want your comments to display in the right order, it would make more sense to have your second comment be a reply to your first, rather than having them as sibling comments.

If you know a bit of math, you'll probably get a better understanding by just reading the first page of the paper[1] rather than reading this article. [1] https://arxiv.org/abs/1710.02735

No, that's how rabies vaccines are typically used. You get them after (potential) exposure but before the disease kicks in. You can also get it in advance -- they last about 10 years -- but this isn't typically done, presumably
