DRM doesn't solve copyright circumvention at all. Accessibility to content is what does that.

I think you've just started to delve into the problem domain of copyright vs copyleft and why there are legal considerations when you allow people to access your software using an API.

Well... The article is a little dis-engenuous about the shared folder stuff. If a user selected to share the folders with anyone that has the link and also allows write into the folder publicly from anyone, then that's by design. Obs

I think you got it backwards, the massive inconvenience for everyone is that Linux is using the GPL and people don't want to have to deal with all the re-licensing compatibility bullshit just to be able to distribute a binary of some o

You have to strip the binding to get the scan right. I've seen lost of DnD scans in my day and the older ones are generally terrible towards the book edges due to not being able to press the page all the way down to the scanner.

I agree that it's a marketing strategy, just 2 or so weeks ago Apple was getting huge amounts of bad press for their poor software development practices. So much so that it had been consuming large publications. I don't take it a

This looks very cool, my only concern is that luajit is lagging behind LUA and is in need of a new maintainer, how bound to luajit is terra for JIT compilation features? Is it something the terra developers are going to help with?
