That's why the US military got Starshield. It is run by and belongs to the military. Make sense for critical infrastructure really.

I see the privacy issues with smart glasses. But as someone who can really use the features for daily use - visual assistance (low vision), alwyas worn set of speakers (no need to futz around with airpods everytime i want to listen to audio

I recently switched over from FF on Android to Brave. It is much faster, and although extensions are missing, it has a bunch of built in features that covered my use case: - Forced Dark mode - Ad blocking

Very cool stuff. I wish there was a good document scanning (dewarping, thresholding, pdf generation) app available on mobile. Currently stuck with Adobe scan as gives the best result for me, which is still quite bad at dewarping
