It looks pretty awesome, but Linode is not listed in the deploy option. And yeah, security would be an issue for me. I would most likely set up a user just for DeployButton.

Andrey, I'm in the same boat - I'm trying to work on a startup but I need advice and motivation from peers who I can talk to in an environment which isn't impersonal. I have to agree that an IRC channel would be awesome (#startups simply do

I have to agree with acostoss on several of his/her points. In addition, your footer doesn't completely cover the page - http://i.imgur.com/nHcrl.png Also, you don't have a favicon.

I actually faced a similar problem and I ended up writing an almost identical script which generated a JSON or XML file (depending on the user's need).

To combat people promoting their own tutorials and stuff, just have them include a short snippet as to what that resource concerns that others don't - what makes that resource worth visiting/reading?

Hmmm. I don't know if its just me, but if I go to the Legal or About pages (though the links in the footer) while logged in, I get taken to the Welcome page. Otherwise, pretty nice. Will you be implementing a "Theme Library" (think Tumblr)

Thanks. I just found it yesterday... I was looking for an alternative to Amazon SES and stumbled on Postmark. I haven't gotten around to using it yet, but it looks like there are a lot of libraries and a lot of support for it.

There's also Google Cloud Storage which is cheaper per gigabyte (I think). Amazon S3 costs $0.125/GB where as Google charges $0.12/GB. And Google's integrates well with their App Engine and Cloud DB options. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Just buy a copy from Amazon and then strip the DRM in < 30 seconds with a Calibre plug - http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2011/01/how-to-strip-drm-from...

Yeah, I couldn't afford a DX. I end up reading the "content" on my Kindle and when there are long code snippets, I read it on my Mac.

And if you want to get it via Amazon for your Kindle, Amazon offers a sample of every book.

That would be an interesting idea. Isn't there already a controller for some console that implements that? Edit: It may be the Wii U, I'm not sure.

This kinda reminds me of a web app I found a few days ago, [Fork Bin]( http://www.forkbin.com/ ) which lets people make lists and allows others to "fork them." But, either way, I wouldn't use either - I wouldn't want to share my lists. Thei

You're thinking about Chocolat. There's a free demo, after which the font switches to Comic Sans until you buy a license. I used Comic Sans with that app for a week before jumping to Sublime Text 2. :)

Pretty much my life. So far, I've written an app in PHP and then rewritten it in Python 3 times, each time making the code more polished and complete. I don't think I'll ever finish it :/

I had originally signed up in Canada about three years back with a European proxy. :D Now that I'm in the States, I can use it easily. If you do introduce Spotify support and need help testing it, I'd be more than willing to help. Edit: But

Why not generate a Spotify playlist too? That way, I don't have to open a different website for each song... You could use the Spotify API...
