It's not necessarily a resource problem, from my time there there is an institutional lack of respect toward UX and front end and this is might still be the case. There's also a myriad of custom Perl templates that are essentially

I've definietly got a problem with this. I don't feel anxious without the phone, in fact I quite enjoy it. But with it, I find myself checking it during any mental downtime. Brexit-fueled anxiety has caused me to compulsively chec

The 2016 keyboard feels, IMO, way better to type of. In comparison the old MBP feels like a much sloppier machine. It’s size was also the only thing putting me off a personal purchase. Reliability issues aside (I haven’t been affected but I

Could it be your ISP is targeting and throttling Netflix? There's probably a way to verify this. I tend to find the quality of HD Netflix streams pretty great over my PS4. Certainly never a cause to download a torrent instead.

The constraints of a medium are often the appeal. Not to mention, a quick glance over Gilbert stuff and it strikes me as utterly charmless. The global and universal appeal of Lego is clear in comparison.

The difference is you used to pay for a new version. Software 2 would be charged for another $50. Whereas now you pay for Software and it gets improved in perpetuity. It should be charged as such.

There's a difference between "hey man you should check this with a throttled CPU" and "I hope developer of this component never makes a single webpage."

I can’t speak for the other voice assistants but I use Siri purely for setting timers. If I try to ask anything remotely more adventurous it’s a crapshoot. Something as simple as “Hey Siri turn the living room lights off” is often turned in

Hmm probably because height and width are converted to transforms as FLIP animations. Maybe I’ll look into making that opt-in. Thanks dude.

I believe it. Siri is woeful. Plus they sell it as a high quality speaker yet it has no line-in for me to use with my entertainment system. For £350 that’s a hard pass from this Apple fanboy.

I’ll have an FAQs with package size and browser support up ASAP but caveats off the top of my head: - bug with SVG scale - needs weakmap/map/set support or polyfill. Aimed for ie11+ With those in mind it is good to go

I can address at least the first misconception here - this isn’t transpilation to JS. This is native code that has browser APIs exposed to it, so in theory there should be massive performance wins.
