Same in the UK with the BoE. 2% inflation is regarded as the magic economy fixing number. It doesn't matter how the UK economy is doing or other economies the BoE must target inflation at 2%. Maybe it'd be better if central bank

I used to get this quite a lot, and still do sometimes. What helps me is reminding myself to just start coding _something_ small and very very simple, however imperfect. If I didn't I would concoct hugely scalable and secure architectu

Has anyone managed to get their/any BTC off Crypto.com in the last few hours? I got my ETH and some other tokens off easily enough but I've been waiting ~18 hours now for the BTC to arrive :s.

I have had a somewhat similar experience to you. I was living and working in London (big drinking culture) for about 10-12 years. Mostly just a few beers each night with work friends. After a while I had to have a few beers at night even wh

My last 5 Laptops have been Dell XPS 13's with Ubuntu. Still no complaints with it at all. Solid specs, all hardware works (with some sounds blips every now and then), decent build quality, decent price.

I'm a big fan of DrayTek. Not only do they offer all the products I could need (Switches, AP's, Routers....) but their products are well positioned for the enthusiast...super configurable without the "enterprise" price t

by SirChainsaw 5y ago
If you read the status pages you'll see GH actions is under scheduled maintenance from 12 to 1630.
