Have you experienced the "bike abuse" or littering problem? It could simply come down to the culture of the city but as others here have noted people can't be trusted with nice things. Maybe Seattle just has more responsible

Perhaps it makes a difference if you sign up for an annual membership. The cost is only $8 a month which pays for itself in a couple days. Do dockless companies have the option for an annual membership? If you are a frequent rider I assume
