Most places that are available to you and me aren't necessarily available to homeless people and some modern cities are getting more and more hostile architecture built to make life harder for homeless people. It might be a niche thing

Well this was pretty expected as it's how EQT normally operates - they purchase objects - develop them for x-years (normally about 5-ish) before re-selling or re-listing. They've been in SuSE since 2018 - so the IPO was their try

Imagine getting a congressional hearing and coming in with "never saw anything.. no aliens nor their crafts, just a bunch of rumors which I can't repeat here, soz all" That was a complete waste of everyones time.
