Real estate is not really a space problem; we have a lot of nice, uninhabited land all over the globe. The problem is that people want to live near denser areas for various reasons and reducing the world population will (probably) only redu

Slightly off-topic, but who is this @ic3 and why does he tag them in the same way as the FBI? Here's the account, for reference: https://twitter.com/ic3 . Doesn't look like an official to me.

It's like a headline saying Budweiser fosters alcoholism. Yes, alcoholics will be worse off if they drink Budweiser and yes, Budweiser does in some way foster alcoholism by producing and selling alcohol, but it's a very narrow pic

I'm pretty sure that's due to conflicts with default console bindings. That being said, always having a cheat sheet at the bottom makes this mostly a non-issue, even when using something easier as a baseline than vi.

Serious question: Would you like to increase the systems overreach by incarcerating people which can post a reasonable bond, but therefore make the system more fair? People who have nothing have nothing to loose when dodging bond. Rich peop

TL;DR due to health issues (migraines from hangover). Still an interesting read, especially since the author needed to 'cope' with being sober in a different way than you usually hear.

Last I checked, the ban bots exist in default subreddits (like /r/TwoXChromosomes) and there are reason you might want to comment in one of the shunned subs - not that you will usually know a sub is on that list until the bots get

On the other hand, advertisers have been turning away (at least for some time) and Twitter now has to pay a lot of interest. It will really be interesting to see how this turns out.
