We do offer higher than market rates; people just don't want to do the work. CNAs and nurses are very well compensated at my hospital -- however, we are a regional hospital for a fairly rural area, so it's hard to attract talent.

I think they're referring to availability for medicine. My facility has zero issue ordering PPE at the moment; we order many thousands of boxes of gloves and masks and have no issue with that.

Yeah, 5ms isn't that tough to achieve. You need decent hardware for sure, but hell, you can get PulseAudio of all things to under 10ms.

Quick bug report for you. If you have a category name with a '/' in it, jquery errors out due to $('#sideBar #' + prettyLabelName) having a / in it, which makes it think it's a selector. If you change all

You should say you're not sure obviously, but tell them that you think it might be person 3. Additionally, police almost always do a second and sometimes third lineup with other pictures if there's a positive identification.

It's worth noting that almost all photo lineups include only the suspect and a bunch of photos they keep around. They generally aren't asking you to choose between a group of possible suspects; they're using the other photos
