This was a fun read but I think it is also not accurate. Paul and John are both geniuses. Both wrote amazing songs without the other. Yes the Beatles output was more consistent but I chalk that up to being younger and more open and agree th

I sorta guessed that the algorithm was words that had nothing to do with each other so I guess the 85.53 percent I got was probably more confirmation of a guess than anything.

Very well said. I used to attach my self worth to my release and if people didn’t like it I would feel it was a personal affront. Then I realized that 1) you can’t please everyone 2) if I put in the best effort towards the finished product

This is interesting to read- For me Logic is the lightest on CPU of all the DAWs I use. (Ableton 11, FL Studio, Reason 12,UAD Luna, Cubase 10.5) on my iMac pro (base model 8 core Xeon with 32gb ram) Ableton, while it is my main daw and by f

I’ve had a jango account since 2006(?) maybe. I haven’t logged in or otherwise used it since about then either but I still get emails from them on occasion. Maybe I should check it out again and (shameless plug) stream some stupid American

I agree. I imagine a lot of this is hyperbole rooted in truth. As I have gotten older and had more of an interest in doing my own wrenching I realize half the battle is having the right tools for the job. In most cases that means a good way

The fact that I am here is 100% due to the medical science of the 1970s. I was born with a hole in my heart. The fact that I lived past 19 is due to the medical science of the late 1990s. That same area of my heart had a short circuit that

I remember xm used to have a 40s and 50s channel. Of course that was 20 years ago in its infancy. IANAL, but an interesting case could be made that by the ‘public’ (radio) no longer broadcasting music that they are no longer asserting their

True love is something that takes work. Sure some people mesh better than others, and if you picked your mate mostly on aesthetics you may realize that having someone you like to look at is not the way to sustain a multi decade relationship

Ahh the early days of clickbait. I wonder if the author was hoping to stop the demise or just wanted to be able to scream "see I told you so!" as the world burns.
