Never anything other that “this is great content” type content. I purposely do not comment on videos I don’t like or post negative or argumentative comments. I’ve a few YouTuber friends and we chat on their channels now and then. Again much

I’m a fan of punk rock but I wouldn’t call my music that. Mostly lofi type stuff.

I get that sentiment but I think it’s the fact that I have to start over and make a new channel. Lost all my subscriptions that I watch. The fact that 1 strike and you’re out is a thing. The private video did not show the movie and showed m

The music has been there for 8 years for one and 2 years for the second one. I’m wondering If my channel name is the reason “stupid American pig” is my band name. But it’s been that name since 2008

I suppose that is possible but don’t they give you a strike for that instead of an outright ban for strike 1?

I’m also just realizing that all my subscriptions are inaccessible since my channel is cut off so I will have to re-create that list with a new account now. Sigh. That’s probably the worst part is finding and recreating my subscription list

I’ve never been a huge fan of FM synthesis as I’m mostly reminded of bad electric piano sounds that came out back in the 80s. Having owned a tx-7 I knew it was capable of more than that but then there was the whole issue of programming it t

Watching this documentary made me wish that they did that with all their records. Since Get Back was a relatively stripped down record, it didnt really show a lot of the techniques they used on their more produced records. I am a bit of a g

This. It seems that to some degree our knowledge rests on prior experience and passed down knowledge. As we build abstraction layers on top of technology the bare metal understanding is lost. I’m going to contradict my original question to

I’m not even close to an aviation expert but I’m curious if we are reaching a point where aerospace tech is too complicated. Both major manufacturers are having issues with their latest generation of planes. I’m curious what someone with ex

Yeah, I’m willing to bet that most folks here are either into music/audio, photography, video production, or building gear and software that supports these endeavors in some way. I know a lot of people who code, but few of them visit t

The DX-7 has 6 operators per voice and 16 note polyphony. The DX-11 is a 4 operator synth but with 8 voice poly, but is multitimbral, where the DX-7 is monotimbral. I think both have their advantages and most of the time 4 operators are eno

I’m not sure what rate you are trying to get but the electric market in the US has 5 minute settlement periods. So for your region you would need to grab the price for each period and average that to get a power rate. Take that rate and add

The answer is it depends. A lot of pre-production early recording can be done outside of the studio or at a home studio these days. Certain styles of music have little need for a 'professional' studio anymore. Unless you are an es

So much to be amazed about in this post. :) your 100 year old dad does video editing and 3d rendering to a degree that a Mac Pro is the computer he wants to use? I would love to see some of his work. (genuine interest)
